Please read our FAQ before sending us a message.
If the product can be personalized on the product page there will be a personalized box for you to enter in your details to personalize that gift. If it can not be customised then you will not see the box available. However if you are more than welcome to ask if we can make a specific product customisable.
Both Paypal and debit and master cards are accepted at checkout. If you have problems processing a payment please get in touch with us.
We have a variety of suppliers all over the world at Gift Bespoke giving you all different delivery options. Please see the specific product details as it will explain where the item will be sent from. You will also receive a tracking number with your order.
Please be aware we do not see your payment details as they are passed through paypal or stripe. We will only keep your email address if you have subscribed to our list. If you would like your data removed from our site please contact us.
Once you have ordered with us if it is a personalised order we will then process your order through our suppliers with your bespoke design. Due to our products being made to order we then have to wait for your order to be made and then shipped.
You should receive an invoice over email. If you do not it might have gone into your spam. If you have still not received it please get in touch and we will email you another copy over.
